With Other Users

Contractor profiles (including work history, certifications, and reviews) are visible to subscribed Clients. Client/Company profiles are visible to Contractors. Messages are shared between conversation participants.

With Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services:

  • Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management
  • SendGrid: Email delivery for notifications and alerts
  • Vercel: Hosting, analytics, and performance monitoring

These providers only access data necessary to perform their services and are contractually obligated to protect your information.

We may share anonymized, aggregated data to provide industry insights such as average day rates, common certifications, or market trends. This data does not identify individual users.
